Final work was completed followed by a celebration lunch on Saturday \u2013 thank you Thunderbird Marina for the complimentary food and beer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While waiting for the boat to drop in the water, DSC crew played cards in the cabin, dodging raindrops. Quite a choppy ride back home to port at Burrard Civic Marina \u2013 pouring rain and wind directly on the bow so the crew motored the whole way home and pulled into the gas dock running on fumes \u2013 what an adventure! A huge thanks to all those who dedicated all or part of the weekend to making Light Spirit ship-shape for sailing season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
